Table Navigation shortcut keys, Frame 10

I'm having an interesting issue with using shortcut navigation keys in tables. All of them work EXCEPT for moving to the cell in the row above or below the current row. Naturally, right now those are the ones I want to use! Anyone have an idea what might cause this? It's installed on my hard
