On the Pagination tab of the Paragraph Designer, you can set the paratag to
start at the top of the next page by setting Start to Top of Page.
For example, if you have an H1 tag, you can create a "twin" tag called

We are still at a sort of fledgling phase of our conversion to DITA, but one of
the things I like the most is how easy it is to create a variety of
deliverables or reconfigure a deliverable quickly. For example, we thought we
were supposed to create one large document for a project, but we found
I don't know how it works, but ePublisher by WebWorks provides the
ability to develop wikis.

I'm really reaching here because I only used FM8 for a short time, but did you
try validating your XML files before you saved?

Paul, you might want to post your question on the Yahoo WWP group
(http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/wwp-users). It would be helpful to know
what version of WebWorks you're using, whether it's Pro or Express.
Overall, if you rescan your FM files in Pro, the names of the new tags should
appear
We use DITA (authored in FM9) and create HTML output with ePublisher.
Currently, we create an FM book from the DITA files, apply a template to the
book, and create the PDF with Acrobat. WebWorks has added the ability to format
PDF output through ePublisher, but we haven't had the chance to run i

I have found that tables have never been FM's strong point. What I find
especially annoying is the inability to split rows across pages.

Different users have different needs, and FM tables don't meet mine.
As to the OP's op, we shouldn't have to have a multitude of plug-ins for
FM. It should work the way it should work.

Folks, I have no intention of getting into a pissing match with you all. If you
feel that FM tables works well for you and meets your needs, excellent. If you
have the budget to buy a plethora of plug-ins, also excellent.
I don't know anything about your processes, procedures, needs, or budgets
Some particular points that have frustrated me in the past are:
* rows not splitting across pages
* not being able to nest a table within a table without putting the inner table
in an anchored frame
* not being able to rotate a table without putting it in an anchored frame
I know that most of th
Are you applying the same right/left master pages to the TOC as you're
applying to the body chapters, or did you create a different template
for the TOC? When you update the book, is the Apply Master Pages option
cleared?
