Robert Film Services in Canada. I bought a 16mm looper for 1000$ from him last
march. A huge sum for me as a young artist. I haven’t yet received the looper

as far as I know he left the company to his colleagues who I am in touch with,
but that was a few years ago so already last March he would have been
independent from RFS. The number I had at the time I had worked with him was

I was dealing with Robert last summer over the sale of a xenon projector to an
artist I was working with. He has been replacing the xenon bulbs with car
headlamps - so my suggestion is to source your lamps elsewhere. DuAll camera
might have them and they are quick to respond.

*Update, I just spoke to Robert over the phone this afternoon and he is
still in business (after being offline for a few years). He said he has
since closed Robert Film Services, and is now working on creating "RM
Filmservices
If you cannot reach Robert I recommend Martin who worked many years for Robert,
physically manufactured RFS loopers, and finally opened his own service. Martin
was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and skillful when I had trouble with RFS
loopers and projectors recently. I will paste his contact

fast in replying (first over ebay where I discovered the looper and then via

times without success I received an SMS by Robert 3 weeks ago in which he
assured me that I will receive my money in 15 days and that it was all due to a
