Working at a community station and people send us their files with all
sorts of audio settings. Want to be able to take the digital audio down
while converting the video to the format we need it in. Video works great,
just the audio people edit in digital is too loud for broadcast.

I have 2 questions:
1) How do I project onto a wall from above without having people walk in
front of it, what angle, would keystoning work for sharp angle?
2) Can you project for 5 or 7 continuous hours? Will that kill the bulb?

On a related note, any clues on getting a tape out of an old hi-8 camcorder
without taking it apart? The thing went kaput on me. Still has power, just
the gate won't release tape. I bought another on Craigslist and is working
great, but still have tape stuck in the old one. Thanks ahead of time...
For one thing this Wiretap only records audio, not video. And the second
part; it is $69 bucks. You can do this with a free on a Mac with an
application called Soundflower that directs it to garageband for audio
record.

Quicktime Movie has a built in screen recorder that is free. Camtasia as
well. I would just go with Skype and a screen recorder. Then you can crop,
etc. later...
