We acquired two Photomec film processors and
Sad but not unexpected with the end of 35mm printing. With the lack of a major
Seattle film industry they seemed like more of a destination lab for films
getting 35mm prints and seemed quite friendly to mail order customers.

Just confirmed with Jean Fee, Director of Operations at Alpha Cine Labs in
Seattle that as of September 27, 2013 they will be shutting down all film
processing. September 25th
having done much work with Alpha Cine,
when i heard they were no longer producing
answer prints (some three years ago), it
was clear the end was nigh for them. still.
What? They just did a timed answer print for me a couple months ago!
They have a best-light for me in their queue right now,
So sad , I have been using Alpha since I started making films in 1979, Time to
find a new lab I guess. If any of you have any suggestions send them my way.
