2 cans green peas (drained and put in the fridge for an hour) 1 C. chopped celery 1 C. of your favorite cheese (cut into small cubes) 4 cooled and sliced boiled eggs 6 slices bacon, fried and cut into small pieces 6 green onions 1/2 C. mayo or Ranch dressing
Combine all ingredients, saving a bit of the green onions to sprinkle over the top of the salad and serve. We like the Ranch dressing with this the best!
