No, there's nothing for me, I have FreeBSD-11 x64. But few months ago there
were such meta-packages, it seems the deleted old and failed to compile new.

Its not fixed in -HEAD, sorry. There are still some race conditions in device
shutdown that we need to address.
The workaround is to bring hte interface down and destroy it before unplugging.
