The kernel sources in that repo are rather old so perhaps your SATA issues is
related to that.
If you tried the modules built from that repo but with newer FreeBSD then

It seems that ACPI misses cpu31 _and hostb30, 31. The later is the cause of
the troubles, if I am reading the code right.

Not anymore. The Purism Librem 15 didn't survive even four months of being

Most likely it's ACPI Processor object that's missing (or has some problem).
Yes, acpidump -dt would be helpful.
