I am looking for URLs discussing including GPL and other licenses in print 
compilations. Or share your advice here...

Over 95 of the compilation is BSD licensed but some content is covered 
under GPL, IBM, and other licenses. All content is clearly separated.

For example, the GPL indicates controling collective works. but also says 
an aggregation is not covered. (See 
http://www.oslawblog.com/2004/11/gpl-and-compilations.html for an old 
discussion on this.)

Can a printed compilation be considered a storage or distribution medium? 
I think so. The original content won't be modified and new content won't 
be derived from original content.
