Hi Ed,
Indeed, your commit was the issue, however it was actually the repo that I
was using that caused the fault.
I was using https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-base-graphics/ which,
despite having been updated recently, didn't have your commit in it.
I've now resolved the problem.

I'm cross compiling -current (r304727) for arm, and trying to install world as
a user. Install is trying to set the schg file flag on some libraries, which
is failing because I'm not root.
