I added the following lines to /usr/local/share/poudriere/bulk.sh to get
the env vars into the environment of pkg(8):
export DEBUG_LEVEL=4
export DEBUG_SCRIPTS=TRUE
export DEVELOPER_MODE=TRUE
export PKG_CREATE_VERBOSE=TRUE
With these the port builds fine:
