As far as I can tell, just one casualty: SimpleScreenRecorder, which
does record and save, but fails to cancel (before beginning a
recording) or close (after saving a recording); it stops responding. …
For the record: the issues with SimpleScreenRecorder were
(coincidentally) due to me experimenting with virtual_oss without
understanding some of the basics of audio in FreeBSD …
