If my investigation is right, firefox when one click on the restart button (in
case of upgrade) will call for the sysctl

The only part I skipped for now if the firefox-nightly, I think it would be
great to have but without an active committer in gecko@ I don't think this is a
viable option for now :( and I won't have time to

Here is a patch that stagify mozilla ports, it is not well tested at all, but
for now I do not have time to go further, it needs more testing and probably
polishing can you guys have a look and commit as soon as possible?
