One error in the configure phase (I don't upgrade my ports very often):
ERROR: cbindgen version 0.8.3 is too old. At least version 0.8.7 is required

"pkg add" was only used to rollback to firefox 66 from /var/cache/pkg

pkg(8) doesn't use ports except some bits like INDEX for "pkg version" or
UPDATING for "pkg updating". *_DEPENDS is for ports framework to check
dependencies, not for "pkg upgrade". ports use pkg to prevent
