That's under OpenSolaris 2008.11
So, I expect it needs hardware support.

#x27;s a bug.
I saw the same thing on my AMD64 system as well, if that matters.
I've since set machdep.hyperthreading_allowed=1, but was curious.
Thanks for the confirmation that it's a bug.
If you or anyone needs a test bed, I have a dual-xeon em64t box that I can
give access to.
System Temperature, Offset 0x52
Any help/ideas/guidance appreciated!
I'm running FreeBSD/amd64 6.1-PRE.

I'm wondering if any of the UMODEM guru's can decode this, (or ask me for
more info) so I can use this phone as a modem.
This is on -CURRENT from a week or so ago.
Thanks!

nterface report USB attach/detach? (there is an
issue with the current (-STABLE) stuff that there is no way for a
userland program to wait for a (E.G. ucom0) USB device to attach.
(I'm still on -STABLE, but..)

SVR4.2 is a totally threaded kernel. SVR5 (UnixWare 7/OpenUNIX 8) takes
it even further. I run an OpenUnix 8+ box in addition to FreeBSD. if
any FreeBSD developers want a shell account to look around, I can
arrange it.

Is there anyone out there working on USB stuff?
I reported kern/37624 a while back, and have heard nothing on it.
It's an issue with the ICH3 USB (UHCI) driver.

I'm willing to do it, but I've never done Kernel programming before.
I'm also very willing to help test.
