Where are you capturing the network traffic? I've noticed some checksum
weirdness in tcpdump with NICs that provide hardware checksum.
Are you seeing bad header checksums in netstat -s ?

(I've read man mbuf, doesnt go into much detail)
In particular, I'm assuming:
- all mbufs must be same type
- the head mbuf must have M_PKTHDR set
- the head mbuf.m_pkthdr.len must be the len of the entire chain
Anything to add?
My confusion is
possible that this has been fixed since we took a snapshot of

Since I haven't had any help with getting my Intel 82801BA (ICH2) sound
to work properly (plays 20% too fast) I went out and bought an ASound
