Followed the FreeBSD FAQ about making a custom release:
supfile looks like this:
*default host=cvsup3.freebsd.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr/local/cvstree
*default release=cvs

Actually almost exactly:

uhm, approx. 800 MB.
