what do kern.shutdown.poweroff_delay and kproc_shutdown_wait affect?
Do they have something to do with APM poweroff?

It seems these are the number of miliseconds after the uptime
message. Default seems to be 5000.
But why not 1000 or less?
Or can it be that even 5000 is too few?
