Not use multiple FIBS.
Not have options FLOWTABLE .
If i remove the RADIX_MPATH options from the kernel, the error does not occur.

Also, do you use multiple FIBs? Do you have any non-default system tuning in
/boot/loader.conf or /etc/sysctl.conf? If so, attach them too.

I forced a kldload /boot/kernel/if_cxgbe.ko and it said it updaed the crd
firmware from 1.15.37.0 to 1.19.1.0 and it started to work.
But...
After a reboot I have to manually load the kernel module. Why?
