when i establish a pppoe session and the link becomes
UP?
It is the one which is created at the same time of the
pppoe node and which disapear when the link is down.

I would like to test a multi-link over 2 different
types of device with MPD 3.7 (PPPoE and PPP over a
serial link) between two stations on freeBSD 3.5.
MPD works fine as client, so I would like to know if
MPD 3.7 could be a server PPPoE? Moreover, could MPD
be
a multi-link server?

I would like to use PPPoE with MPD in orderto connect
to a DSL modem by the way of Ethernet LAN. My freeBSD
version is 3.5 Release (it's out of mind to update it)
and the MPD one is 3.6 (I don't want use a user land
way for pppoe as ppp). But I have two problems.
