The server is sometimes off the network card.
It helps just to restart via KVM-IPMI.

Once you locate the fix its a zip file as I recall, when unzipped it is
a DOS executable, you can make a driver diskette and then put
the patcher on that

It was the motherboard from Supermicro, or another manufacturer?

ifconfig em0 media 100baseTX mediaopt full-duplex
For in rc.conf not working these options:

Problem resolved replacing the motherboard.
