I tried building v.1.4.2 of Asterisk-Addons from ports but was unsuccessful,
the system has a fresh install of FreeBSD 6.3/AMD64,
v.1.4.2 dies with the following error:
gmake[3]: Entering directory
`/usr/ports/net/asterisk-addons-old/work/asterisk-addons-1.4.2/asterisk-ooh323c'

Cancel that one. Still not there. It took me just a little longer
to freeze the device. :-(
At least the display bug (black images) is gone now.
