ftp/ncftp3 stale patch no recorded checksums

After the recent update of ftp/ncftp3 there seems to be a stale v6 patch file left hanging around that no longer applies to the 3.2.4 source code for ncftp3. The following patch comments out the section in question but it also seems as there is "no native support for v6 in ncftp3 ?" at this time.
