Sent to the maintainer and to the ports list because of a complaint that
the maintainer isn't listening to the developers.
I encountered a bug[0] that caused GRAMPS to crash. I filed a bug report
with the developers as the port built just fine. I got a quick response
(surprisingly) and was pointed

Hi All,
I'd like to volunteer to maintain the tk85 port. I've already begun
making updates to the Makefile[0] in a workbench directory and have a
working update to it. All changes were due to feedback from portlint.

Hi!
Today I tried the recordmydesktop package / port on FreeBSD.
It was a bit disappointing, that on FreeBSD jack is a forced
dependency of it. But it was a bigger surprise, that the command
$ recordmydesktop --print-config
recordMyDesktop was compiled with the following options:
Jack
Is there a target similar to distclean
that removes the package and the symlinks from
${PORTSDIR}/packages?
If not, is it worthwhile making it?
Something like pkgclean, or maybe
rmpackage, similar to "make package".

Better Windows 8 support : check.
My other VMs still work as before.
Thanks for your work !

Is this a feature? Is there a reason why clang couldn't be updated
to support this if actual software is using
