It seems that squid 3.5 is becoming the latest recommended production quality version. Squid 3.4.12 and 3.5.2 were just released today. What is everyones thought (or the maintainers plan) on moving the www/squid port from 3.4 to 3.5? It looks like the www/squid33 port has been kept around past its

finch crash on startup?
