I used "pkg upgrade -F -f" to fetch sources first.
Then "pkg upgrade -f" to upgrade and reinstall all packages (because
they were all recomplied on our poudriere repo)
The result is that packages were upgraded first + reinstalled and then
all were reinstalled again.
