During build, I have added some ldflags for the `go build` step, so that
build time, version, etc. is recorded in the binary. Before this change

it appears that the /usr/local/etc/rc.d/boinc-client script isn't
working correctly with the new version of the boinc_client.

boinc_client is not running.
