problem with pkg.freebsd.org builds?

Hi, usually I see a more or less steady stream of new builds at https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:11:amd64/latest/All/?C=M=D and they usually are available 1-2 days after the change reached the svn but currently the latest build is from 2018-Jun-13 04:49. Is this expected? thanks, nusenu --
