Ia am not a dev, but portstree snapshot is fixed. Simply run
'# portsnap fetch extract && portsdb -u'
and you will get a fresh snapshot of ports tree.

Try Google for those distfiles. It will return a Fedora
mirror. So you can download/fetch distfiles manually.

If you downgrade "cairo port" it will be ok. If you update ports tree
with csup try portdowngrade. If not try to get the old version of ciaro
port as package, remove the new one and install the old one, then do
nnot upgrade the cairo port. That will keep things working untill a bug
fix is available.

to repeat this process everytime you upgrade Firefox and Thunderbird.
That is my work around solution. I hope it helps. Any better solutions
