anyone interested in taking over maintainership of ports/net/click ?
We have 1.5.0 in the tree, which is old and partly broken.
1.8.0 builds almost without problems, and the two patches i am
attaching give huge speedups for the use
committed, thanks
In general it would be good if, in the PR, people give more detail
on the changes. E.g. in this case you wrote 'A new version is
available' but you did a lot more work than changing two lines in
the Makefile. Something like

quick question - with the recent vulnerability of linux-f8-pango,
the USE_GNOME=gtk20 dependency in nspluginwrapper prevents the
nspluginwrapper port from installing.
I am a bit unsure on whether the linux gtk2 dependency is needed by
nspluginwrapper itself, or it is only (selectively) needed

hi,
i noticed on my laptop (Dell X1 w/ 512MB ram - i386, RELENG_7 that

as the subject says, i was wondering if there is any standard method
to fetch the sources for a port from a Subversion (or CVS or other
scm) repository.
Right now i am doing it with the following sequence
(the use of update vs checkout is because originally i
fetched into distfiles, not ${WRKSRC},

Is anyone working on the linphone port, or i can do that ?
I managed to make linphone 1.6.0 work with video4linux and
libosip2.2.2, so would like to replace the old port.
If someone else is working on it, please contact me.

This is related to the linphone-base port, which has its own
problems, but still...
I am trying to enable video support for it, and the first
problem is that its configure script does not detect SDL
unless i put an additiona -lpthread in CFLAGS (because libSDL
requires some pthread functions). The

I have some ports (linux-gspca-kmod, linux-ov511-kmod, more in the
future) which depend on linux-kmod-devel which in turn only works
on i386 and 6.2 or above.
Is it enough to put ONLY_FOR_ARCHS and .if ${OSVERSION} < ...
just in the parent (linux-kmod-devel), or should i
put it in all children too

the port's Makefile and in the pkg_plist file).

I have a port (the one mentioned in my previous msg)

a system-wide place such as ${PREFIX}/share/mk
where the port could install the file in the first place,

I suppose the problem is common to many ports...
