I don't really know cmake, I just used the patch I found at http://trac.macports.org/attachment/ticket/19859/avidemux-2.4.4- cmake.patch.txt There is some extra whitespace and CRs in the file, that the mailer might mess up, so you may have to play with it to get it to apply.
