After I upgraded libksba to 1.2.0, I attempted to re-build dirmngr, but
all of my systems are failing due to failing to detect LDAP.

Reverting openldap-client to openldap-client-2.4.24 allowed my dirmngr
to build and stopped playing havoc with my kde 4.6.1 upgrade in kdepim
and kdeadmin (thus far)
