I didn't have *textproc/p5-XML-Parser* on my system, but it all must be
connected to my "Perl Upgrade".
*portupgrade -f p5** made everything needed :)

You need to look up and read the entry in ports/UP

And I have upgraded perl to 5.12.3 version earlier.
