The ruby-gnome stuff is due for an update. I've got a patch here:
http://people.freebsd.org/~swills/ruby_gnome_0.90.9_update.diff.txt
Not included in that diff is the removal of these ports:
devel/ruby-gconf2
devel/ruby-gnomevfs
devel/ruby-libg

Since gnome update i have two very unpleasantly problems that i wasn't
able to solve by myself. So it would be great if you can point me in

The machine is still alive. Killing X with Ctrl-Alt-Backspace and
re-running it works until the next lockup.
System updated as described in /usr
portmaster.rc:
# cat /etc/portmaster.rc
DONT_SCRUB_DISTFILES=yes
NO_RECURSIVE_CONFIG=yes
NO_BACKUP=yes
Will NO_RECURSIVE_CONFIG=yes work for gnome update?
I do not use OPTIONS (config) and my /var/db/ports/* is empty as I always
have BATCH=yes in my make.conf, so it is very easy for me to use
