Scot's answer was correct here in terms of timing. If you're looking
for a big round number, 6.1-RELEASE is good enough.

rcorder was implemented for the base system scripts in 5.0-RELEASE,
support for the ports rc.d scripts was implemented in 6.0-STABLE
