With default python3 version changed and default python version changed there
are those failures (py-opencv may have been broken before):

It seems to be old bug, but I haven't found it.
I think this is because you can find liblzma in /usr/lib and in /usr/local/lib
and the latest doesn't want to be compiled with Python
