/etc/libmap.conf

find hostname
if they is not one, set one
exemple:
hostname=vincent

the sysctl vfs.usermount=1, but you also have to
assure that the user you want to mount the cdrom owns the mountpoint,
tipically, as root you should type:
chown user /cdrom

If you want uninstall all stuff kde need, just add -R
