I have a HP LaserJet P1102 printer and I want to use it with FreeBSD 8.1.

Hi FreeBSD people all over the world,
I've installed FreeBSD 8.1 on a system which has ATI Radeon 4350 (I
tried both 32bit and 64bit architectures, in both situations the
problem persists). After enabling HALD and DBUS my system runs X
Window System (GNOME, ...) very well without any problem or
in
turned off all IDE emulation options in the
BIOS.
How can I fix that?

How can I print to a HP printer without installing HPLIP? I know the
exact filter needed to print to the printer (foo2zjs according to
OpenPrinting.org) If it were PARALLEL or SERIAL I could use the
handbook but handbook doesn't have any info. about printing to a USB
printer.

Hi dear FreeBSD people,
After spending a lot of time on making my HP LaserJet P1102 work on
FreeBSD, I found out what the problem is!!! Please tell this to
anybody who has problems with HP P1102 on FreeBSD!
The problem with this HP model is that it has a fake CD-ROM which
contains the Windows drive
PostScript"
and use command line cat PostScriptFile | /usr/local/bin/lp to print.

Administration and Add Printer. Your printer should be recognized and
also there is a special filter (driver) for that in the next pages.
Use /dev/ulpt0 as the URI.

Hello
When I destroy the partition table with the following command:
# dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/ad1 bs=1k count=10
The entries /dev/ad1s1a, ... still exist in /dev. This means that the
kernel has not found out that the slices and partitions do not exist
anymore.
How may I make the kernel read the sl
o2zjs.

After a lot of searching over the Internet for finding the full 7 DVD
set of Debian GNU/kFreeBSD system I found all of them in
