The BIOS-GUI is more painful as well. I haven't tried any of the other
management interfaces, though I did try the variety for the 2100s.

Note that I used portupgrade to upgrade to 4.3.0. I don't know why this
file didn't get installed.

appr. 30 seconds passes before traffic actually can pass
FWIW, I've seen this every time I up or down an em nic, with every
em-supported card I've tested. (and every version of em since the first
up through 4.8-R or so. )
No testing lately, though.
