to:
cd /usr/src/games
make install
If the files mentioned not are available, you need to download the
source, see the Handbook.

not been able to find a driver for this, and I know that it can
be tricky to get it up running.

Check your cables: I had similar sporadic failures which were caused
by a SATA cable that didn't seat well into the sockets on the board
and drive. When I replaced the cable with a better one with a spring
