I think that this issue is invoked by
kernel of FreeBSD 9.0-BETA3.

/usr/src/sys/kern/uipc_usrreq.c     1.244.2.2
may have problem.

I recommend you to revert older kernel.

For example,
downgrade to FreeBSD 9.0-BETA2, BETA1.
