Is there any way to use multiple IPs?

no I can't. Each VPS got only one IPv4 and I'm really not aware yet
about how IPv6 works.

hi,
actually I use two daemons,
one to serve as a autoritative DNS server : nsd
the other one to serve as a recursive DNS resolver with caching : unbound
I can't set them both list
