I'm porting existing code from Linux where a connect() to an AF_UNIX socket
that exists, but does not have a listener, fails with ECONNREFUSED. This is
quite agreeable with the comparable scenario in AF_INET, with a connection
attempt to a port without a listener on it. So the same code handl
ven really sure where to
begin troubleshooting. Has anybody else seen this behavior?

Mature xen dom0 support is a REALLY BIG plus for me, I wish FreeBSD

I am running a Fresh install of amd64 FreeBSD 8.0 RC3
when running firefox It locks up for a moment then is fine then when I
load a new page it locks up again.

should know that if you are looking to play 3D games, and have a
nvidia graphics card
there is no 3d support for amd64 you will have to run i386.
this limitation on amd64 is being worked on by nvidia with the help of
John baldwin.

n getting Flash9 to work in
FreeBSD?
if there is someone working on it, maybe there should be a wiki page since
Flash9 is such a popular port.
I can say that I have saw a report from someone last week saying that the
new linux 2.6x emulation
in 8 -current still does not make the flas

tly, when I
select print from File -> Print ; it also crashes on File -> Page
Setup
if you start a console and run kompozer it leaves no output at all, I
don't think it is a permission thing because it crashes from root as
well.
