I use a Westell 6100 without problems with FreeBSD. It is setup in bridge mode and works great. I wrote some software (http://wdiag.sourceforge.net) if you want to query the DSL line stats/etc. Depending which model you have, it might work for you (36R516, 2200, and 6100 series are all
