I would then recommend cleaning out your /usr/ports/distfiles directory and possible running portsclean -C -D -DD -L -P -PP which will pretty much clean out every conceivable bit of extraneous garbage on your system. Then run portmanager -u -f -l. It will take awhile, but it should properly rebuild everything on your system.
