Hi, I upgraded from 5.2.1-rel to 5.3-rc1. In 5.2.1 I didn't have any (system) sound problems with kde. Now in 5.3 the soundserver keeps crashing on loading kde. After reading some remarks here in the list, I've modified my /boot/loader.cong with the following 2 lines :
snd_driver_load="YES" snd_inch_load="YES" But in one of the postings they speak to add a 'sound_load="YES"' to that file. Didn't do anything for me... I did an "Enable the sound system" in the kde Configure - Sound system. Any help on how to get my (system) sound back ?
