tracparent proxy

Hi all,

I want like to this situation, but I don't know that this is a possible:

|______________| transparent proxy port 80|-----------|web server port 8080|

|____|web server port 8080|


I mean transparent proxy for all my web servers, all world requests coming via proxy. What is the good way for building security system in this situation?
