How-to repeat it:
Take freebsd-4.5 or 4.4 with ipfilter v3.4.20 and set up some ipfilter
rules. Basic example:
ipf.rules:
pass in quick on lo0
pass out quick proto tcp all flags S keep state keep frags
pass out quick proto udp all keep state
ipnat.rules:
map fxp0 0/0 -> 0/32 proxy port ftp

line is uncommented:

Don't forget to killall -HUP inetd after.
