Strange 'hangs' with RELENG_9

Hello, Recently I updated my RELENG_8 to RELENG_9. Since then, the server hangs from time to time for 5 minutes. When I run a top in a remote terminal, I can see that it hangs so strong, that the clock hangs too. When it continues to run , the time continues from the when it 'hanged'. TCP connecti

Looks like this is down to the dynamic/tickless changes in 9 (that aren't even noted in the release notes), the machines have now been switched to linux as the lack of responses/care given to my recent postings has been noted and it was deemed that using linux would be less hassle in the long r
