Hi,
I thought I'd share some difficulties I've had upgrading from 11 to 12.
* Java 1.8 seems unstable - I've been doing a bit of Scala dev today, and
the JVM seems somewhat unstable. SBT is crashing with the following fairly
regularly. I'm pretty sure I've rebuilt it since the upgrade.

Belated upgrade (don't ask) of a pair of FreeBSD 10.4 VMs to 11.2.
Each VM got as far as:
freebsd-update -r 11.2-RELEASE update
freebsd-update install
reboot
Each VM got an immediate kernel panic after the reboot (log below).
The two VMs are basically identical at the system level, but run

In 11.2R, it is working good without UseBlacklist option in
sendmail.cf.
After upgrading from 11.2R to 12.0-BETA[34], blacklistd for
sendmail is not working without UseBlacklist option in sendmail.cf.
